Samoosas, as an entrée, had me pleasantly surprised for a number of reasons. I shared a plate of Lamb Samoosas and they were promptly presented with a dry coleslaw salad and a red dip. You will firstly note the size and shape. They are not the mass produced distinctly triangular standardized version but rather the handmade 3D tent version that crams in a surprising amount of minced lamb. Taste and a smooth texture make them melt-in-the- mouth awesome. Anyway, on the second plate I was challenged to try the red dip. Wow, it added nothing but taste. You will love them.
