During my career I have been an Associate Professor of Accountancy and IT. I have held senior management and leadership positions in the NGO as well as in the public and private sectors. Some ten years ago I coined the brand "UNSTOPPABLE TURNAROUND STRATEGIES." The branding evolved as a result of the risks associated with delivering turnarounds in the face of mature and lucrative corruptiion.

Simply put an unstoppable strategy endures through team ownership and implementation. It is not a "boss lead" system, it is creating an organisation where peer reviews are self managed and self directed.

In tandem with this I envisaged a future where the internet would be saturated and the advantages of a global marketplace would be matched with the disadvantages. It would be a time when localising the internet would be called for. That time is now and the solution lies in geo isolating neighbourhoods and topics or categories of online content. Absolutely, Bill Gates's prediction that content would be King is also a reality but how does one deliver in in a crowded world?

Together with teams in a few countries I have lead the development of a solution to internet saturation and to not being found on the internet. The system gives rise to work from home opportunities that provide the prospect of substantial financial reward and it has the potential of a significant passive income. In return for hard work, in work from home teams, netwok marketers that advise SME's on how to be found online so as to grow their turnover, will grow and prosper as is being done the world over.
