The Fine Dining Loyalty & Referral Programme covers restaurant patrons and operates at:
The Grand Hotel Fine Dining Restaurant and the
Country Lodge Fine Dining Restaurant.
All all loyalty programme benefits are accumulative.
i.e. Each member at a higher level enjoys the benefits of the preceding level(s).
The Fine Dining Loyalty Programme:
Silver Fan Level: Points 1 to 6,250
Gold Fan Level: Points 6,251 to 12,500
Platinum Fan Level: Points 12,501 to 100,000
Platinum VIP Level: Points 20,000 to 40,000
Platinum Elite Level: Points 40,001 and above
Points duration: 365 Days
The Fine Dining Referral Programme:
Advisor: 1 Review - duration 10 days
Advocate: 1 Share - duration 10 days
Ambassador: 1 Redeemed Coupon Referral - duration 30 days
1. Silver Fan Members
• 3 x R50 Off meal coupons; given a points total of 1500 or more at the time of redemption of any one coupon. Only one coupon can be redeemed for any one table reservation.
• Should you visit a Fine Dining Restaurant within 30 days of a preceding birthday, of a member (Husband, Wife or Child) and spend R250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) or more per visit, you will be able to redeem a R50 Off birthday coupon that will be deducted from your account.
2. Family Members
• Sign into your account and add the names and birth dates to your account profile.
• Any day Treat: A FREE kids’ soda when ordering any kids’ meal for registered children.
• Competitions: Enjoy automatic entry into competitions when applicable.
• Your spend (excluding VAT and waitron tip) will be added to your account either by writing your membership number onto your bill for our later processing or you can log in to your account and hand your phone to a Fine Dining Loyalty Administrator who will add one point for each one Rand spent.
3. Gold Fan Members
• 3 x R100 Off meal coupons; given a points total of 6,251 or more at the time of redemption of any one coupon. Only one coupon can be redeemed for any one table reservation.
• Should you visit a Fine Dining Restaurant within 30 days of a preceding birthday, of a member (Husband, Wife or Child) and spend R250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) or more per visit, you will be able to redeem a R50 Off birthday coupon that will be deducted from your account.
5% off the accommodation charge for a stay at the Grand Hotel or at the Country Lodge.
4. Ad Hoc Benefits
Each Loyalty Level will qualify for rewards and benefits that are posted on the Fine Dining PC or Mobi Communicators. Points redemption against coupon redemption will be specified on a coupon. Coupons may be status dependent with or without a points redemption requirement.
4. Platinum Fan Members
10% off the accommodation charge for a stay at the Grand Hotel or at the Country Lodge.
5. Platinum VIP Members
Once Off Tier Getaway Break: 1 x two night stay at the Country Lodge on a Bed & Breakfast Basis)
6. Platinum Elite Members
Once Off Tier Getaway Break: 2 x two night stays at the Cluntry Lodge on a Bed & Breakfast Basis.
The Fine Dining Digital profile is a digital/electronic version of a printed Fine Dining Card. It allows members to sign up online using their cell phone, computer or tablet via an Internet connection. Members can also earn points and redeem loyalty coupons or vouchers (all without having a physical card). The physical card is a printed page that bears the signature and stamp of an Admin Officer for each loyalty transcation.
