 If you don’t like doing business through the online fly fishing shop, you can still visit the actual shop located in Weltevredenpark Johannesburg, known as the best coffee shop for many fisherman. From beginners to experts, salt or fresh water fly fishing, we exist to get you fly fishing.
Our online fly fishing shop has a wide selection of fly fishing rods for sale, brands like: TFO, Vision, Stealth, Sonik, Orvis and Xplorer. We have all the products in store if you would like to have a look at them before purchase.
Our fly fishing reels for sale include brands like: Shilton, Vision, Xplorer, Stealth, Sonik. Come and see our Shilton reel collection, and test them out at the dam next to the shop.
We also stock a wide selection of fly fishing line, floating intermediate and sinking. Some of the fly line brands are: Vision, Cortland, Rio, Airflo, Stealth and Xplorer.
For the fly tiers we have fly tying evenings, with some of the best tiers in the country giving classes every Tuesday.
We have the following fly tying equipment for sale: Waspi, Bluewater Flies, Whiting, Terra, Loon Products, Dr Slick, Xplorer, hareline, Flahabou, just add H20, SF Flash Blend, Steve Farr`s, Prism, Veniard, Anglers Image, Griffin, Metz, MP Fly tying tools, Marc Petitean, Lighting strike and scientific anglers.
We also have a wide selection of: Salt water flies, Tigerfish flies, bass flies, trout flies, yellow fish flies, carp flies, dry flies, wet flies, salmon flies and if you can’t find exactly what you are looking for we can get you some custom tied flies. You can also get the Flypad system from Thinkfish for storing your files. If you don’t see any of these in the online fly fishing shop, please contact us and we will gladly get you sorted.
We have a selection of fishing waders and wading boots for sale, and even stock Goat Head Sole Spikes, Mclean Nets , thingamabobber , Windmill Lighters, Saligra Pliers, HeadMop Sports Scarf and Columbia clothing to complete our your fishing requirements.
We also have a wide range of South African orientated fly fishing dvd`s and Fly fishing books for sale.
What we don’t have in shop we can always order. We constantly have various clinics, such as: casting, fly tying, species on fly such as: Trout, carp, yellow fish, barbel, Bass and Kurper for new members of the fly fishing family.
Fly fishing advice and reports are free and we are here because we share your passion for fly fishing.
