Christine Egenrieder-Dittrich B Sc Physiotherapy (Wits)
Qualified with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2002.
Her Community Service year was spent at the Johannesburg General Hospital, now known as the Charlotte
Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital.
She stayed on for another year during which she was exposed to teaching and skills development by
specialists in many fields, thereby gaining experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Respiratory care,
Musculoskeletal and Dermatological treatments, Orthopaedics, Vascular Surgery, Trauma and ICU
management.
She moved into the private sector in 2004 and opened her own practice in 2005 to ensure her values and
principles were fulfilled during the management of patients.
Christine is involved with postgraduate teaching since receiving her Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy
qualification in 2005. She continues to participate in the postgraduate courses by assisting in Orthopaedic
Manipulative Physiotherapy and Sports Physiotherapy.
Christine is passionate about physiotherapy as a profession, which has led to her involvement in the
South Africa Society of Physiotherapy (SASP) and was the South Gauteng Provincial Chairperson for
2009-2011.

Fiona Morgan B Sc Physiotherapy (Stell)
Fiona studied physiotherapy at Stellenbosch University graduating in 2009. During her community service
year at Kopanong District Hospital, Vereeniging in 2010, she was involved in the running of the physiotherapy
department and working within the multi-discipline team, especially with regard to stroke, arthritic and
cerebral palsy patients. She trained in dry needling and undertook courses in Cardio-pulmonary Management
in ICU settings, MDT management of CP children and the effect of HIV/Aids in the developmenta milestones
of children in South Africa.
In 2011, Fiona moved into private practice where she gained experience in the areas of neurology, trauma and
vascular surgery. At the same time she commenced teaching basic Pilates classes and found an interest in
woman's health Physiotherapy. She completed an ante and post natal course with Woman's Health Physio-
therapist, Corina Avni, who fuelled her interest in this area of physiotherapy.
Fiona also trained in Kinesiotaping, a taping technique that is fast becoming a must in the treatment of
musculoskeletal injuries.
So far 2012 has seen Fiona advance more into the Woman's Health area. She is currently doing her WHPT 1
course through the WHPT Special Interest Group (SIG) and recently began working in Morningside Clinic's
Maternity Unit.
