History of Hackett
1983 - Jeremy Hackett and Ashley Lloyd-Jennings meet in the Portobello Road, West London both combing the market for good second-hand traditional British men’s clothing. A business partnership is soon started with a small stall in Portobello themselves, selling on the clothing after cleaning and repairs.
Jeremy Hackett
Jeremy Hackett our chairman and co-founder left school to work in a menswear shop where he'd been a Saturday boy, he then went to work on Savile Row. From there he went on to form Hackett. Jeremy is a world renowned authority on menswear and he is regularly published in the press.
