As a rule we prefer not to have pets admitted or collected out of normal office hours. Our fairly unusual times clearly reflect a willingness to remain open for admission or collection before or after the more usual 8 – 5 business hours. Naturally in an emergency we remain flexible although in some cases an “out of hours” surcharge may be imposed. If for any reason our hours cannot be adhered to, Waterfall Kennels can arrange to have your pets collected or delivered to your home using our sister company, Pets Travel Services who charge a mileage based rate.
