Established in 1959 Waterfall Kennels and Cattery is easily accessible and offers safe, secure and spacious accommodation for all domestic animals. Our facility has been specifically designed to ensure that your pets are protected from the elements in spotlessly clean accommodation and our long standing, dedicated staff has all been trained to ensure that your pets receive quality care and attention. With exercise area's for dogs and a manicured garden for cats our unique setup is the industry standard. New customers are welcome to inspect our facilities before confirming a booking and we have no hesitation in recommending that pet owners settle their pets in personally on arrival. We are very particular about up to date vaccination records and will record all emergency contact information on admission (wherever in the world you may be travelling) to ensure that we are able to reach you if necessary. Our business hours ensure that we are in a position to spend quality time with your pets and we welcome whatever additional treats, toys or other home comforts you feel may make them even more comfortable. We conveniently collect and deliver pets when necessary and will gladly cater to those requiring additional heating, specific medications, a special diet or even professional grooming. Our dedicated driver can deliver pets in an emergency to our nearest veterinarian in less than 10 minutes and is always available should you prefer that we use the services of your own veterinary practice. Waterfall Kennels & Cattery is inspected monthly by our local SPCA representative and we are pleased to confirm that there has never been a single query or concern about how we manage our responsibilities. All our dogs are bathed and dipped in warm water prior to collection using top quality branded products that will ensure that those pets with sensitive skins experience no discomfort. Richard Stubbs (Pictured Above) - the current owner/director has over 25 years’ experience in training dogs, cats and horses. He has specialized in film, television and stage - working extensively with dogs both locally and abroad in all the many disciplines needed to facilitate complex training routines. After many years Richard now offers in-house basic obedience dog training on the kennel premises. With more experience in the pet boarding industry than any of our competitor’s word of mouth has become our greatest asset. We as the Stubbs’ family have spent over half a century caring for domestic pets and have, since our inception, taken enormous pride in what we do.
