Our team leaders will, upon invitation engage with you, gain an understanding of your needs and refer your matter to a project team member if they do not lead the engagement personally.

Rowena Kraidy leads our Technical Performance team. She is an entrepreneur who owns a flight school together with other aviation-related businesses. As an instructor, Rowena holds a number of aircraft ratings and is equally comfortable with flight instruction and engine maintenance. She is knowledgeable about NTCA problem solving and is supported by specialist coaches in the Type Certified arena. Rowena serves on the MISASA and Gyroplane committees, is a council member on the board of the Aero Club of South Africa and serves on the SACAA Approved Person Panel. Rowena has participated in four World Skydiving Championships; USA, Turkey, France and Australia, as a Judge and she is the President of the Limpopo Ladies Golf Union. She was awarded Gold Wings by the Aero Club of South Africa, for ten years of continuous contribution to Sport Aviation in South Africa, in 2018.

Alan Mackenzie leads our Business Performance team. Alan has an established reputation for implementing his internationally published service delivery turnaround frameworks, that have achieved what many have called impossible turnarounds in the Public, Private and NGO sectors. As a Prof of IT and Financial Management Alan envisaged a future that is today and his frameworks were built during hands-on turnarounds. He is an author and recreational aviator. Alan has published books on digital marketing, eCommerce and on his tried and tested frameworks. His book on business performance received a 5-star review on Amazon from Readers Favourite in the USA. Alan served on the MISASA Committee for many years and was the Editor of Microflight Africa for some 15 years. He received Gold Wings from the Aero Club of South Africa for ten years of continuous contribution to Sport Aviation in South Africa, in 2013.
