Nice by Nature is a beautiful Guesthouse in the Honeydew / Muldersdrift area off Beyers Naude Drive. It is a mere 20 minutes from Lanseria Airport and 30 minutes from Sandton. It is a haven for the city weary guest, a gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the world.
Nice by Nature is situated on 42 acres, 5 of which are pristine, well maintained beautiful gardens. There is a sparkling swimming pool and a tennis court for the more energetic.
The main house offers a relaxing TV lounge, bar and a cosy dining room. There is also a lovely verandah for early morning breakfasts. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and situated around the gardens. Each has a spectacular view of the gardens and the surrounding valley. The gardens are a haven for birds. Louries, Hornbills, African Hoopoes, Hadedas, Cuckoos and Egyptian Geese are just some of the daily visitors. There is always a cacophony of bird sound in the trees.
The lapa and sala offer lovely shaded areas in the summer to enjoy a refreshing drink and from where the more athletic guests can be observed.
The boma offers an alternative to evening dining and is a popular venue for birthday / anniversary celebrations, karaoke evenings and team building. Many a potjiekos competition has been held here.
Nice by Nature boasts a beautiful wedding venue overlooking the Wilgespruit. The lovely chapel seats up to 100 guests and the reception room seats the same. This venue caters for all types of weddings and is suitable for smaller and second weddings. Viewing is available at all times.
The staff at Nice by Nature have all been hand picked for their friendliness, big smiles and their ability to make guests feel at home. They are regularly re-trained in all aspects of the business and as a result are proud to be part of the Nice by Nature family.
Nice by Nature is graded annually to ensure a high standard prevails, both by the AA and the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.
Children are more than welcome and are encouraged to feed the menagerie of animals that make Nice by Nature their home.
