In 1991 Car Dealer acquired a franchise and within a short space of time became the largest privately owned franchisee globally. During the period of owning the franchise Bob built a strong business and an extremely loyal staff, some of whom are still working for him today. He finally sold the franchise in 1994.
In the years that followed he was instrumental in the setting up other dealers in South Africa. He has consulted for numerous companies and is a non-executive Director on various boards.
Since 1998 he has been involved in the sale of carefully selected premium used cars. The operation is now situated in Bryanston.
Bob’s commitment to customer service has never wavered and it is on this and his strong ethics, that the name Car Dealer has become synonymous with motor vehicles.
The company is currently managed by Sally Goodman, who has many years of motor industry experience. Sally works with Auto Dealers with many years of experience and commitment in the motor industry guarantee you the customer the best possible deal.
