Digital Marketing Agency Accreditation

Agency Appointments

All Webo "ftale" business opportunities are Independent Agency Appointments.  Independent Agents can be accredited as Marketplace Marketers, Site Builders and eMarketing Agencies. Webo Agents are independent businesses that are contractually appointed on a non-exclusive basis after a three-month trial. Webo Agencies can be built up and sold to an accredited prospective buyer, and if sold, the seller retains 100% of the selling price.
A frequently asked question is: Why is the business opportunity not a Franchise? I know a little about franchising, having earned a diploma in Franchising in the USA after doing a short course. I understand that a Franchise grants rights to a single outlet at a specific site. A typical "Agency" resembles a branch where the operator trades for the business owner's account. A Webo Independent Agency is an independent business granted the right to use the Webo SaaS and other intellectual property for its account on the terms and conditions agreed upon.

Webo offers non-exclusive Independent Agencies where the Agent is not restricted. The Agent will benefit from being one of the nominated contacts for a specified location. The appointment of more than one nominated contact for a specific region will depend upon the size of the area in question and whether or not, at the sole discretion of Webo, operations in the specified region are effective and comprehensive.

The name of the Agency will be Webo AA, where "AA" represents the owner's initials. Contractually, after three months of operations, the prospective Agency will be legally constituted in the name of Business Name (Pty) Ltd t/a Webo AA. Where "AA" will be any initials selected by the agent. Alternatively, it could be John Smith t/a Webo JS.

The effective date of the onboarding of the Agent will be the date of the handshake deal with Webo, and the Agent will, on this date, start to trade as "Webo JS," no matter the legal entity it represents. In addition, the Agent has the right to offer Webo Digital Marketing SaaS products from the time of accreditation after training. Training can be online or full-time at Webo whilst accommodated at The Loft. Having an Agency and being accredited grants the option to exclusively trade as eg "Webo JS", or the Agency can add it to its "toolbox" while trading as an independent existing agency using a different, perhaps established, name. To be clear "All three levels;" Marker, Site Builder and Agency, are accreditations that entitle the Agent to represent Webo in the delivery of Webo SaaS Products.

As a general rule, Webo earns a hosting fee. To this, the Agent adds a build fee and a markup. If the Agent is accredited to offer a SaaS Product, they can build and retain the "build fee."  If they are not accredited and until they are, Webo will do the "build" or outsource the "build" for the build fee. The markup goes to the seller, which should generally be the Agent.

Businesses spend big budgets on coupon, loyalty (points) and referral marketing campaigns because they can bring many benefits, such as:

  • Increasing customer trust and satisfaction: Customers are likelier to trust and buy from a business that offers them incentives, rewards, or discounts for their purchases or referrals. Coupons, loyalty points, and referral programs can also enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Boosting sales and revenue: Coupons, loyalty points, and referral programs can help businesses attract new customers, retain existing customers, and increase repeat purchases. They can also help companies to upsell or cross-sell their products or services by offering more value or benefits to their customers. Coupons, loyalty points, and referral programs can also create a sense of urgency or scarcity that can motivate customers to buy more or sooner.
  • Reducing marketing costs: Coupons, loyalty points, and referral programs can help businesses lower customer acquisition costs by leveraging the power of online and offline word-of-mouth marketing. Customers who are satisfied with a company are more likely to recommend it to their friends and family, who are more likely to trust and buy from it. eMarketing, the Webo Way can create a viral effect that can expand a business's customer base and brand awareness without spending much on advertising.
  • Improving customer retention and lifetime value: Coupons, loyalty points, and referral programs can help businesses increase customer retention by encouraging customers to stay with them longer and spend more with them over time. Customers rewarded for their loyalty or referrals are more likely to stick with a business and advocate for it. They are also more likely to purchase more frequently or in larger quantities from a company that offers them more value or benefits.
  • Enhancing customer engagement and data collection: Coupons, loyalty points, and referral programs can help businesses increase customer engagement and data collection by creating more opportunities for interaction and feedback. Companies can use coupons, loyalty points, and referral programs to communicate with customers, offer personalized offers or recommendations, solicit their opinions or reviews, or collect their preferences or behaviours. This can help businesses improve customer service, product development, or marketing strategies.
  • Differentiating from the competition: Coupons, loyalty points, and referral programs can help businesses stand out by offering their customers something unique, valuable, or memorable. Companies can use coupons, loyalty points, and referral programs to showcase their brand identity, competitive advantage, or social responsibility. They can also use them to create a loyal customer community supporting and promoting their business.

These are some of the main benefits of coupon, loyalty (points) and referral marketing campaigns for businesses. Still, others may depend on each business's specific goals and challenges. Coupon, loyalty (points) and referral marketing campaigns are powerful tools to help companies to grow and succeed in the competitive market.

About a Step By Step Simple Roadmap to Success.

Here are the building blocks suggested for an implementation strategy:

  • Identify your Target Market and your Home Zone. ie To whom are you going to sell what, where and when?
  • Give to Get. i.e. Offer "Free Listings" on your Marketplace App. Businesses can load their own or WhatsApp info and pictures to 066 307 1888. Keep it simple: offer to list the target market free of charge. List Featured services such as Medical Specialists or list everyday businesses such as Accounting Services, TV and Satellite Aerial Installers, Air Conditioning Service and Installation, Appliance Repairs, Consumables eg cupcakes and biltong, Curtains and Blinds, Handyman and Construction, Car Servicing, Catering, Cleaning, Computer Repairs, Debt Councillors/Collection, Dog Grooming, Domestic Services, Driving Schools, Electricians, Florists, Funeral Services, Garden Services, Gas Bottle refills, Gate and Garage Automation, Glass Emergencies, Inverters and Solar Power, Jewellers, Lawn Mower and Generator repairs, Business and Life Coaches, Locksmiths, Medical Specialists, Pest Control, Plumbers, Plumbing Services, Refuse Removal, Roof Repairs and Waterproofing, Security and Burglar Alarm Installation, Solar Geysers, Storage, Swimming Pool Maintenance and Construction, Take-away Food and deliveries, Washing Lines, Window Glazing and Cleaning. Use this list as a base to get your first 100 free listings.
  • Launch a Free Collective Marketing Campaign. i.e. Once the Marketplace has been built, you need to attract buyers. If the buyers are from a physical community such as a Farmer's or Flea Market, then all you need do is put up posters with QR codes alerting buyers who go to the market to their listings on the Marketplace App. If the listed sellers are hosted on a "VIRTUAL" Mall then get them to issue flyers to their customers to get their customers to go to the online marketplace.
  • Monitor Marketplace traffic and sellers' general satisfaction with the marketplace performance. Urge Buyers to write reviews and get sellers to acknowledge the comments buyers leave.
  • Launch the "Paid" Network Marketing Campaign to excite network referral marketing. i.e. Get listed sellers to upgrade to a paid listing to get featured at the top of the marketplace and at the top of the Local Marketplace App. Buyers that SHARE get rewarded with eBook Rewards. Paid listings drive traffic to coupon, loyalty and referral marketing programs that you, as an Agency, can build for them.
