Membership may be registered in the name of an individual or in the name of a corporate entity.
Every registered member gets their own online membership account that shows their transaction history as well as the reviews made by them which they can edit.

Loyalty Club Members are entitled to register their spouse and children's names and their dates of birth which will entitle them to a birthday surprise gift that will be posted to their online accounts for later use.

Loyalty Club Members earn points on purchases from their local Oilco Convenience Store, at the rate of one point per R20 spent and they are allocated online on phone by an Administrator at the point of in-store checkout alternatively, online purchases are allocated online when payment is confirmed. Fuel purchases earn 0,15 of a point Lt purchased.

Loyalty Partners have independent loyalty programmes that award points for purchases.
Points may be exchanged between Loyalty Partners.
All Loyalty Programmes that a member joins will reflect in their online loyalty accounts.
Points will accrue to the person/corporate entity that pays for the fuel, goods and services received provided that they are a registered member.
Points expire after 365 days.
Status upgrades for sharing or writing reviews expires after 30 days.
Points can be used to pay for Convenience Store purchases.
Loyalty Partner Benefit Coupons (LPBCs) take the form of online or offline printed coupon vouchers that are claimed by members for saving to their online accounts for later use
LPBCs may be shared by Club Members with friends
LPBCs can be redeemed on-phone or by the presentation of a printed LPBC
We offer a variety of LPBCs offered by Loyalty Partners that are exclusive to Members.
Club Members can opt-in to our LMS SMS service (Last Minute LPBCs) which offer alerts about specials, deals or on table reservations and more eg a member may receive an SMS at 6 pm on a Thursday offering a coupon or deal which reads " Next ten tables booked for tonight get free desserts and a beer or glass of wine for each diner!"
We offer, from time to time, MILESTONE REWARDS, that may be claimed once pa (when you reach a points milestone) that is based on points earned.
Points are earned at the rate of one point per R20 spent (or part thereof in the Oilco Convenience Store or at 0,15 points per Lt.
Loyalty rewards must be claimed by members, before the defined expiry date.
