Welcome to the Decorate Decor Store Loyalty Club
Executive Summary:
  • Rewards are based on loyalty and referral status 
  • Digital reward presentation and redemption is on phone or by the presentation of a printed reward as is specified for a reward
  • Every member gets a personal online loyalty account where they can track transaction history and where they cam park rewards for future use even after the expiry of their qualifying status but subject to the expiry date validity
  • Membership is not transferrable
Loyalty Status & Rewards:
  • Loyalty status is based on points: Silver Fan (0+ points), Gold Fan (10,000+ points) and Platinum (20,000+ points)
  • Loyalty points are awarded at the rate of one point for each Rand spent on non-discounted goods and services
  • Loyalty points expire after 365 days
  • Loyal reward redemption may or may not require the redemption of Loyalty Points
  • Loyalty points may be gifted and they may be transferred to defined participating partners
Referral Status & Rewards:
  • Rewards are based on reviews (Advisor), sharing (Advocate) and on successful two-way referrals (Ambassador).
  • Referral status expired after 7 days.
Milestone Rewards:
  • Milestone rewards are once-off rewards for attaining defined points targets
Loyalty & Referral Programme Terms & Conditions
 
The Decorate Decor Store (DDS) Loyalty Programme was created to recognize and reward our loyal DDS guests. As part of the DDS Loyalty & Referral Programme, members can earn DDS Loyalty and Referral Rewards, as explained above and below. The DDS Loyalty Programme is offered at all customers. The DDS Loyalty Programme is accessible through the DDS Loyalty Communicator App (the “App”) and other online content management functionality on this site. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the DDS Loyalty Programme and use of the App and other online content information management systems on this site and not to any other website, mobile app, product, service, or Programme offered by DDS.
 
In order to participate in the DDS Loyalty Programme, you must agree to these Terms.
 
Please read these Terms carefully, as they are a legal and binding agreement between you and DDS, that apply to your use of the App and enrollment and participation in the DDS Loyalty Programme. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this App or participate in the DDS Loyalty Programme.
Club Memberships - Our loyalty club offers dynamic benefits as well as loyalty & referral rewards
  • Membership is free and is not transferrable
  • Please register online at https://MyCom.App/DDS
  • All members are Club Members with the following distinction
    • Silver Fan Status will be accorded to members with 0 to 10,000 points
    • Gold Fan Status will be accorded to members with 10,001 to 20,000 points
    • Platinum Fan Status will be accorded to members with 20,001 points and above
  • Membership may be registered in the name of an individual or in the name of a corporate entity.
  • Every registered member gets their own online membership account that shows their transaction history as well as the reviews made by them which they can edit.
  • Club Members can opt-in to our club newsletter
  • Club Members can opt-in to our LMD (Last Minute Deal) SMS service
  • Club Members are entitled to register their spouse and children's names and their dates of birth which will entitle them to a birthday surprise gift voucher which will be posted to their online accounts for later use
  • Club Members are entitled to register the day on which they got married which will entitle them to an anniversary surprise gift voucher which will be posted to their online accounts for later use.
  • Club Members can participate in #competitions,  LIKE competitions and more
  • Club Members earn points that are allocated online on phone by an Administrator at the point of checkout alternatively members must note their membership e-mail address on the bill and an Administrator will allocate the points within a week
  • Reward coupons may be gifted, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered
  • Reward coupons, vouchers, event and entry tickets are awarded an order number and may require the customer name, gifted person name, identification and contact details
  • Unless otherwise specified discount coupons only apply to full-priced goods and services
  • Points will accrue to the person/corporate entity that pays for the goods and services received provided that they are a registered member.
  • Reward redemption may specify the requirement for the provision of customer or gifted entity names, addresses, identification numbers and order numbers 
  • Rewards that are deleted or lost cannot be replaced.
Loyalty Rewards - It's our way of saying "Thank You for your continued support!"
  • Loyalty Rewards take the form of online or offline printed vouchers that are claimed by members for saving to their online accounts for later use
  • Loyalty rewards may be shared by Club Members with friends
  • Vouchers can be redeemed on-phone or by the presentation of a printed voucher
  • We offer a variety of loyalty rewards that are changed on a quarterly basis
  • Loyalty lifetime campaign milestones are set at 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, 40,000 and at 80,000 points
  • Club Members can opt-in to our LMS (Last Minute Deal ) SMS service which offers alerts about specials, deals on listed line items and more eg a member may receive an SMS at 6 pm on a Thursday offering a deal  which reads " Purchase a discounted coffee table today and you and a friend get  an extra 20% off the next item purchased on tonights Flash Sale"
  • We offer a variety of once-off LIFETIME MILESTONE rewards, that may only be claimed once (when you first reach a milestone) that are based on points earned at the rate of one point for each rand spent
  • Upon reaching 80,000 milestone points your points tally will be reset by redemption and you will requalify for milestone rewards as you rebuild your milestone accumulated balance.
  • Loyalty rewards must be claimed by members, before a defined expired date, at  https://MyCom.App/DDS where details of the reward are posted
  • We reward Club Members for submitting our online "Agile Quizzes"
  • From time to time,  we hold Flash Sales in addition to our Annual Sale, in order to maintain a dynamic stock portfolio.
  • Club Members will be given early access to all sales and promotional events.
  • Any points awarded endure for 365 days
  • Club Members can redeem points at any time, before expiry, in exchange for a discount on full-priced menu items at the rate of one Rand for two hundred points 
  • The accumulated points balance determines eligibility for milestone rewards
  • Coupon rewards may be Parked by Club Members in their own Loyalty accounts and once Parked coupons will be valid to the expiry date irrespective of their club membership status.
Referral Rewards
It's how we reward you for introducing friends & business connections to the value that you have found in our goods and services
  • Referral rewards take the form of coupons that are claimed by members for saving to their online accounts for later use.
  • Referral rewards may be shared by Club Members with friends and business connections.
  • All rewards that are claimed must first be added to the account of the Club Member so that upon immediate or later redemption the reward is able to be verified by the redemption administrator.
  • Club Members who add reviews at https://MyCom.App/DDS will be accorded the status of ADVISOR which will entitle them to rewards detailed on the Communicator Apps
  • Club Members who Share coupon deals, rewards, etc on their preferred social media site will be accorded the status of ADVOCATE and they may claim a coupon benefit that must be added to their accounts for later use (ie Parked) before redemption.
  • Club Members who refer two-way referral rewards/coupon benefits to friends that redeem the referral reward are accorded the status of AMBASSADOR which will entitle them to claim rewards detailed on the Communicator Apps
  • Any Referral Status awarded endures for 7 days and may be updated by a qualifying activity at any time.
  • Referral rewards may be Parked by Club Members in their own Loyalty accounts and once Parked coupons will be valid to the expiry date irrespective of their  Advisor or Advocate Referral Status.
  • Referral rewards will also be announced on the Communicator Apps in Mention-Me as well as Refer-A-Friend promotions where Club Members will be rewarded for introducing friends or business connections who, at the point of purchase, are not registered Club Members.
Eligibility
 
In order to join the DDS Loyalty Programme, you must be an individual and at least 18 years of age. Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, or other legal entities are subject to individual approval prior to enrollment. Each DDS Loyalty Programme member may have only one account linked to a unique e-mail address. Employees of DDS, and any parent and affiliate companies, suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in the DDS Loyalty Programme.
 
Registration and Enrollment
 
To enrol in the DDS Loyalty Programme and begin earning DDS rewards, open the Loyalty & Referral (L&R) Communicator App page and follow the steps below. You also have the option of joining the DDS Loyalty Programme at https://MyCom.App/DDS or such other URL as may be promoted from time to time.
 
Join through the Mobile App:
  1. Open the App Page on a PC or on your smartphone.
  2. Create an account by selecting the LOG IN option and submit your information as is required.
  3. As soon as you submit your information, you will be sent a verification e-mail.
When you enrol, regardless of method, you agree to (1) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, and (2) maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify DDS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information, or any other breach of security.
 
If any information you provide DDS is not accurate or complete, we may block you from enrolling in the Programme, or we may cancel your membership in the DDS Loyalty Programme. Each person may only have one Loyalty Programme account. If DDS finds that you have created multiple DDS Loyalty Programme accounts, we may cancel all of your accounts. Further, DDS may refuse to allow you to re-enrol in the DDS Loyalty Programme.
 
DDS will use your contact information to keep in touch with you in the ways you select by opting in when you enrol. If your contact information changes, or if you wish to change your contact information or the method by which we send you messages (e.g. start having messages sent to your mobile phone number), please log onto the App or the DDS website and update your contact information or preferences.
 
DDS Loyalty Rewards
 
As a benefit of being a member of the DDS Loyalty Programme, you can earn and receive points that will count towards DDS Loyalty Rewards. Members will earn one (1) point for each R1.00 of pre-tax spent (points are not earned for tax and gratuity payments, if any). DDS Loyalty Rewards accumulated under the DDS Loyalty Programme are promotional and have no cash value. There are no membership fees associated with the DDS Loyalty Programme.
 
You may earn and receive points toward DDS Loyalty Rewards as follows:
 
Qualifying Purchases:
 
DDS Loyalty Programme members will earn and receive points towards DDS Loyalty Rewards by making qualified purchases of non-discounted nor promotional goods and services at DDS and any participating affiliated partner businesses. After the payment transaction, your points will be applied to your DDS Loyalty Programme account. You can track your points and Rewards by logging into your DDS Loyalty account to view History.
 
Social Media Sharing & Referral Bonuses:
 
You may receive rewards for adding reviews, social sharing and for referrals. You may also benefit from two-way rewards when a referee redeems a shared reward. Given redemption the referrer and the referee may benefit per the terms and conditions of any individual promotional offer. 
 
Loyalty Rewards:
 
By accumulating points per pre-tax Rand in your DDS Loyalty Programme account, you will earn points towards milestone rewards. Loyalty Rewards points expire after 365 days. Once you reach a milestone total you keep the points thus far accumulated until any part thereof expires after 365 days or until such points are redeemed. You may then start accumulating further points towards your next Milestone Reward. Rewards are earned by reaching a milestone. It is possible that if points expire a member's points tally may drop below a milestone only to build back  to the milestone that was previously rewarded. Members will not earn the same reward twice until such time as they reach the top milestone, currently set at 80,000 points. Upon reaching 80,000 points, all points will expire after 30 days regardless of age and the member will start to accumulate and earn milestone rewards once again. During the aforementioned 30 day period the accumulated points may be redeemed, in full, against a qualifying purchase. No cash back option is offered in the case of a redemption reward exceeding the cost of a qualifying purchase.
 
Additional Rewards Programme Terms:
 
DDS reserves the right to terminate your DDS Loyalty Account and/or your participation in the Loyalty Programme if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. DDS may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel, or combine DDS Loyalty Rewards accounts that appear to be duplicative, and may refuse to allow you to re-enrol in the Loyalty Programme.
 
DDS has the right at any time, with or without giving you prior notice, to:
  • end or cancel the DDS Loyalty Programme, DDS Loyalty Rewards and/or any specific Loyalty Reward;
  • change any Loyalty Reward or other DDS Loyalty Programme or benefit we offer;
  • change the requirements for earning points or a particular Loyalty Reward;
  • change the time you have in which to earn or redeem a particular Loyalty Reward; and/or
  • change any other feature of the DDS Loyalty Programme.
If DDS ends the DDS Loyalty Programme, Loyalty Rewards you have earned but not used will expire on the date the DDS Loyalty Programme ends are no longer offered. Earned but unredeemed Loyalty Rewards shall be void after such date.
 
Prizes, Rewards, Benefits, Content & Use of the App
 
The App and all content, information, and other materials featured, displayed, contained, and available on or through the App (collectively, the “Content“) is owned by or licensed to DDS and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and/or other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DDS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use, display, and download this App for noncommercial purposes only. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit, in whole or in part, this App or the Content.
 
You agree to use this App and the Content in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. DDS may prohibit access, use, conduct, communications, or content that DDS, in its sole discretion, deems to be harmful to this App, the Content, users, us, our brand, or any other person or entity, or that violates these Terms and/or applicable law.
 
Members that benefit in any way whatsoever from this programme grant DDS the right and license to use the fact that they won or benefited in any way whatsoever in promotion activities designed to promote the interests of DDS.
 
Modifications
 
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email, through the App or in another similar manner such as by notice on this site. It is therefore very important that you update your account information or notify us when your email address changes. Any changes to these Terms may also be posted here. Your continued use of the App or participation in the DDS Loyalty Programme after any modification confirms your acceptance of the modifications.
 
Additionally, DDS may at any time, for any reason, and without notice or liability: (1) suspend or terminate operation of or access to this App or any portion thereof; (2) change, revise, or modify this App or any portion thereof; (3) interrupt the operation of this App or any portion thereof for maintenance and support; (4) impose limits on certain features and services, or restrict access to the App; and/or (5) terminate the authorization, rights, and license granted herein. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you herein shall terminate, and you must cease all use of the App.
 
No Warranties
 
THE APP, THE CONTENT, THE DDS LOYALTY PROGRAMME AND DDS REWARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND DDS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, DDS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP OR CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
 
Limitations of Liability
 
IN NO EVENT SHALL DDS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES (DIRECT OR INDIRECT) WHETHER AS A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE OR AS A RESULT OF HACKING OR SOME OTHER SECURITY BREACH IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APP (INCLUDING ITS MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION), THE CONTENT, THE DDS LOYALTY PROGRAMME, DDS LOYALTY REWARDS, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT DDS MAY HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT ANY SUCH DAMAGES MIGHT OR COULD OCCUR AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY. WHERE APPLICABLE  LEGISLATIVE PROVISIONS DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
 
Keeping in Touch with You
 
As a part of the DDS Loyalty Programme, DDS will send to you informational and promotional messages to the contact information that you provide as a part of your registration, such as messages informing you of improvements we make to the Programme, new Loyalty Rewards you may earn, new DDS outlets or partner / affiliated businesses participating in the DDS Loyalty Programme, new menu items you may want to try, and events happening at DDS. These communications may happen in the form of push notifications through the App and/or email and or by way of pull notifications available on the App or on this site's pages or functionality. Contact information provided will remain your property and you may delete or edit details in your membership loyalty account at any time. 
 
Electronic Communications
 
When you visit the App or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the App or this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You further agree that any notices provided by us electronically are deemed to be given and received on the date we transmit any such electronic communication as described in these Terms. DDS accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email, downloads or other communications.
 
Privacy
 
Please review our Privacy Policy, which is available, upon request, as it governs how the information you provide to DDS through the App and the DDS Loyalty Programme may be used.
