Raphela Incorporated is a 100% black owned and controlled firm that specializes in various fields of the law. The company's emphasis is on providing a complete specialized legal service based on having comprehensive knowledge and expertise. Conceptualised in 1996, the company was founded in 1997 in Tzaneen and quickly grew to be one of the best known Labour and Commercial law firms. Mr Raphela was one of the first group of commissioners of the CCMA after promulgamation of the LABOUR RELATIONS ACT.
Company History
Our director, Mr. Nthetologe Isaac Raphela has been an attorney since 1997, having previously practiced in Tzaneen and Pretoria.

We have four highly qualified Legal Secretaries and admin staff with extensive knowledge and expertise in all legal fields. Our support staff attends courses to enhance their capabilities and expertise.
