ABOUT US
 Fleming Pre-primary is a co-educational pre-school catering for pupils aged 3 to 6 years. The five classrooms are well equipped and have access to the lovely garden. The grassed playgrounds provide many opportunities for large muscle development, sand play, water trough activities and games. The school has a solar heated swimming pool for summer classes. A small computer room provides tuition for 8 pupils at a time. The library fosters a love for reading.
Fleming Pre-primary is committed to the provision of quality pre-school education. We believe that meaningful, happy learning experiences in the early years will provide a child with a sound foundation for future education.
The school is situated in the educational nucleus of Craighall Park in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. It is privately owned and is registered with the Gauteng Department of Education, the Independent Schools’ Association of South Africa (ISASA) and the relevant local authorities.
The school is easily accessible from the business areas of Hyde Park, Sandton, Rosebank and Randburg.
The needs of the modern two-career family are taken into account through the provision of quality after-school care, extra-mural activities and a holiday club.

Educational Aims and Philosophy
A confident child with good self-esteem will be able to cope with life’s many challenges! We believe in providing a stimulating, happy environment where our pupils are motivated and enthusiastic about wanting to learn, to reason, to think and to create.
Learning must be fun! We encourage our pupils to involve themselves in all aspects of our programme and to discover and learn at their own pace. Our aim is the development of the total child – physical, emotional, social and cognitive.
